30DYC: Day 6

Good morning all! I abs/core are so sore that it hurts to sit up and coughing is the worst! Obviously these videos are working because I am feeling the burn. My favorite part of yesterday's video was when she had us lay in sphinx pose and then roll up to plank. I used every muscle! Any way, here is the video for day 6. I hope you are ready for a lower back workout!
